Great quality for a basic good old refrigerator.

I purchased this 14 cu. foot model for a spare. Has been in operation for a month and am very pleased. Admittedly, I thought a small refrigerator without ice maker or other frills would be cheaper, but it appears to be made with quality not found in off-brands.Further, I don't get into these new models with ice/water distribution in the door (makes messes I don't need), or care for new-fangled bottom freezers, and multiple doors that waste space and energy. I would also buy one like this again when needing a larger volume.
Bought this for a rental property because it's a good size and price. There are similar products with similar pricing on the market but the main reason for selecting this fridge is that there isn't a bottom shelf in the door. Why is this important? Because too often children use that bottom shelf to climb up which breaks the shelf off. Parents don't always watch their children the way they should.
I needed a fairly compact fridge for a small cabin and the quality of this was so much better than the too-small apartment size units that I decided to pay a little more money to get a lot more refrigerator. I liked the glass shelves and separate controls for fridge and freezer. It arrived factory-set to almost perfect temperatures, cooled quickly and stays very consistent. I don't hear it running and the lighting inside is quite bright. Three weeks later, a storm left us without power for 42 hours. Food was still cold after 24 hours! I moved frozen food to a freezer powered by a generator and used an ice chest for things like milk and mayo. After the power was restored, I was stunned to find the few items left in the fridge were still fairly cold and there were still ice cubes (although wet) in their trays in the freezer! I'm very happy with this purchase. The only thing that would make it better is if there was a drawer for storing meat/cheese, even if it was optional.
Needed a new refrigerator for our apartment. The last one worked over 22 years, and was also a Whirlpool! Rule of thumb, don't deviate from a good thing! For a smaller unit, it has well organized storage with no wasted space. It's quiet, efficient, and doesn't have that 'cheap' look of others in its size and price range. Looking forward to many years of use!
I bought my fridge a few weeks ago and love the color. The freezer is a bit too small due to the tray that goes all the way across. Not easy to store large foods like pizza. The fridge portion is nice. Love the shelves but wish the drawers at the bottom were one instead of two
I bought this refrigerator right before Christmas for my daughter and have been very pleased with its performance. It always maintains the right temp. and has plenty of room for everything that our family needs.thanks, patty
