Nice smaller fridge

Technical help is illusive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First all I have the 20.5 cu. ft. fridge 33" wide. Secondly when I called to register it I thought I was talking to someone at Whirlpool. Instead I find out I'm talking to someone at third party warranty salesperson who knew nothing about the fridge. I'm having difficulty balancing out the temperature between the fridge and freezer. All I get is give a week to settle down. It's been a week and a half. It's not making much progress. Does Whirlpool understand what word of mouth advertising can do? I would welcome a phone from someone that can talk intellegently about their own product
