[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very noisy. The technicians who came did not hear the noise during the period they were in my kitchen. However the second technician heard my recording of the noise and agreed that it is unusual but since he did not hear it himself in my kitchen he did not know what to fix.
That puts me in a "catch-22": poor product but because the technician does not arrive when the noise is happening I am out to luck .
