[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on Nov, 3 2019 Sent it back on Dec,15 2019. They sent me a new one same MO. I keep it for two weeks same thing happening. Could not get the freezer to go below 20 degrees and And when I did the the food department would not go below 45 degrees.And when I did get the Freezer to go down to 12 degrees the food department would 25 degrees.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
