Room for improvement

I decided to pre order the new Razr 2023 thinking it had done a better job since the last one came out 2019. After waiting for another week for it to arrive since I ordered the flaming red, I thought wow this is awesome. Coming from Samsung Flip 3 5G, i was hoping battery life, camera and overall functions of the phone would blow me away. Nope the phone would get hot, would reboot several times a day as well as take pics in the holster as I am walking. Each time I would open the phone, the hinge started to make noise and knew that was a known issue in the 2019 model. Then the lower volume button would get stuck. I contacted Motorola and pleaded with them to take the phone back as this is not acceptable and cannot entertain a phone operating like this. Motorola still needs to iron out the kinks before praising it as the "next best thing".

Best flip phone I have had.

I bought this phone 3 weeks ago, and it is so much better than the Samsung z flip 4. The only down side to the phone is the battery life. The concept is great, and works great. Love the phone, hate that the battery life is only about 12 hrs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had the phone since June. I will definitely purchase another one. I was a little skeptical about durability at first, but the phone has proven to be very tough. Love everything about the phone.

perfection

I been a Motorola user since 1980's as being a law enforcement officer, now retired. I remember the foot long tac radio I carried on my gun belt, to the smaller radio version when I retired. I have had the first Razr, the 2020 Razr, and now the 2023 Razr. So many depend on Motorola DAILY for communication, protection, and life saving situation. I should be a stock holder, my only regret.

Portable, pocket friendly device

This is my second Motorola RAZR smartphone. My prior one was excellent and worked well. This one is better in many ways. It still has the excellent screen, apps and Motorola features. It is more compact with a sleeker hinge. I get many inquiries about it and people are curious about the design and functionality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Enjoyable phone

I enjoy using this phone. I had the Motorola Edge Plus 2020 then the Razr 2020. This phone is both of those combine and better. The difference from the Edge Plus is the camera and battery, but I accept that as being part of this wonderful phone. I wanted a useful, compact phone. I am satisfied with this phone.

Best phone hands down.

I have owned multiple moto phones from the original razrs to all the moto droids, moto x, moto zs. I decided to go with pixel 6pro the pixel 7pro. Having dealing with two years of hardware issues with Google pixels and that crappy tensor chip, I am so glad to be back with moto. This phone is legit. My first foldable. Definitely has made me think how much I missed actually hanging up on someone. Moto did a great job with this phone.
