Great phone.... but an energy sucker!!!!

I love and hate this phone. I have religiously had Motorola phones for years and I've been an early adopter of new models for years. I did wait a bit on the Razr+ as I was sceptical of the folding screen. Now that I have it?
The good:
Love the screen, the processor speed, the GUI, not much bloatware, dual screens, camera.
I really like the folded form-factor! My old bar phones would fall out of my pocket when I was in my car and would feel bulky. My Razr+ folds nicely and fits great in any pocket - be it athletic shorts or a suit.
The bad:
battery life sucks! I'm used to my Edge+ that had 2+ days of battery life. My Razr+ can't make it a full day without needing to be charged. I can make it almost a full day if I use battery saver - but that limits the functions of the phone.
I believe the exterior screen is the culprit of the battery drain. The settings on the phone don't allow much adjustment and frankly, the exterior screen seems to be on ALL THE TIME!!! Any movement around your closed phone causes that screen to turn on - even though it isn't necessary or needed. I have gone through all my settings to adjust the behavior of the external screen and there is very little you can do to adjust how it turns on and how long it stays on. Very disappointing.

Love the color magenta. Easy to use great size

I bought the phone about 3 weeks ago. My only complaint is that I can't find a phone case. The front glass needs protection.

The Phone is just “Ok”

I bought this phone because I needed an upgrade and I didn’t want an Apple or Samsung phone. The phone doesn’t even have an independent photo gallery or a music app. There’s no other way to add storage without having a drive account. I can’t even control the volume on the device control, I have to keep pressing the volume buttons. The camera is alright, the volume is low at full volume and the battery keeps draining slowly when it’s not being used. I paid so much for it to be a “Alright” phone. I feel like there’s more but I just can’t think. In general I do like the phone but it needs improvements.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hands down, the best flip smartphone out there!

I was elated to learn that Motorola was releasing there new RAZR Plus to the US. I was hooked by the large and versatile external display. Along with the thin form when the phone is closed. I actually want to thank the Motorola Company for reviving the RAZR lineup and pushing the envelope for what smartphones are capable of in today's day and age.

A flip phone that does it all

I replaced my former Motorola Razr with the Razr+. While I did prefer the older style hinge and ease with opening and closing it, I also appreciate the newer model as it's intended to sit so you can use it in multiple positions/situations.
Pros:
I love how the camera tech has improved - I can take better photos at night like sunsets!
The phone still is so small you can easily fit into a pocket or console in the car/truck
The screen feels more solid and includes its own screen protection
The battery life seems longer than my older Razr and I like the Wireless charging option
5G works with Verizon, a must for me

The options for a phone case are limited (waiting for Otterbox)
Without a case, the phone is so smooth it slips out of my hand easily
I don't like how the fingerprint reader is in the way of holding the phone altogether (I liked how it was on the back like the older Razr)
Will still stick to the wired charging, the wireless charging the phone gets quite hot and doesn't charge as fast

Great phone...except...

This phone is compact and has a slew of great features. As with all phones nowadays it's a little pricey, but cheaper than the competitors'. Not a big selection of cases yet: presumably the choices will grow. It does have one major drawback though. They moved the biosensor to the power button instead of on the screen, putting left-handed people at a disadvantage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Before this I had a palm phone which I loved but the lack of battery life and low storage were making it difficult. The razor+ is ideal for me because it can be folded making it more compact like the palm but with plenty of battery life and storage. I've only had it a few weeks and so far I really like it. I'm hoping it will be as durable as the original razr.

The best flip phone out there

I love how I can utilized the front display for most popular apps and it is the biggest outer screen out there. Fot the selfie photo or video, it is much easier to see if you are within the frame or not. You can also use the big inner display as dual screen and when it fold it will fit in any pockets. Battery life on this of normal use was pretty good. You can flip the phone for taking photos and videos for selfie or groupies. The only downside is that it is not dust and waterproof, only water resistant rating.
I would recommend this to a friend!
