Good but with built in obsolescence due to battery

Like the phone. Smaller pocket size. Less bloatware. Major dislike is battery size and Motorola's inability to replace worn battery. It's a built in obsolescence.

Best features are format, size and battery life. With/medium use battery duration is very good. The bad includes app reliability and reliability. Comparing the Razr regarding functionality the Google Pixel is much better. Unfortunately the Pixel size and weight is terrible. At a lower price the Razr is OK.

I have contacted Motorola multiple times about my missing phone that should have shown up over a month ago. I requested that it be signed for... They just "dropped it off" without getting a signature. No one ever replies, I've written multiple reviews and nothing happens. So it looks like I'm out the money since I don't have a phone nor with Motorola cooperate with me (let alone even reply!) so that I can figure out where the heck it is.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She has had it for a month and loves it. Our carrier is T mobile. Zero issues so far, and every day it seems she finds another new feature that she likes. She is very impressed with the camera quality. She wasn't sure if she would like the folding feature at first, but now she claims she couldn't do without it.

I love the specs that it promises to have, however after I did the software update to Android 16, it ruined everything! Before this update the utility was great! But after, the display screen doesn't have the expansion option all the way like before. Display screen glitches a lot randomly, and when changing from opened to close. Before, it was fine. The main screen would freeze randomly, and you can't click anything, and you would have to force restart the phone. When you send photos on social media apps, the chat would go blank and you have to close the app and restart everything. I restart my phone often and updated the apps. Still no help. It is so annoying and not functionable. I cannot even go back to uninstall this update. I want to go back to the previous software! I looked up how to fix it, and people said I can factory reset it, but I already have all my things customized and set up now!

It always feels fragile when you open or close it, you can get your own screen protectors, can't replace it without spending a lot, actual screen is fragile and it's almost half the full price to fix screen.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Kilah. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the device’s durability. The foldable design is built with precision engineering to provide a smooth open-and-close experience, but like all modern foldable displays, it does require careful handling due to the flexible screen technology. We understand your concern about repair costs, and we know how important it is for customers to feel confident in long-term ownership. Your comments are valuable and will be shared with the appropriate team for consideration in future improvements.
