Design flaw

Sent it back due to design needs to open from left to right to prevent hitting buttons on right if you try to open from right side as designed ending call working on external screen

You've tried the rest, now try the best

I've had this phone since release and I'm amazed how well it's held up.
Pros:
Outstanding camera quality. For the first time there's a device that extremely pockatable but also a very competitive camera. I've taken this camera on two trips and I'm in awe at results I've achieved.

Amazing battery : As I travel for work and leisure, I needed something that would last. This battery is phenomenal. From 6am to about 10pm, I'm still at about 45% battery with an average screen on time of 6 hours. Pair this with 67w charging, I've never had to worry about running out of juice
Gaming: This chip doesn't let up. It's perhaps the most efficient SOC on a foldable device. I experience no stutters or lag when playing heavy games like Blue Protocol or Genshin. The very nice thing is that while it does thermal throttle, either the chip or Moto software tunes it in a way you don't get degrading gaming experience. This also results in the phone not running too warm during the long gaming sessions.
Look and Feel: Moto nailed with material choices. It's very pleasant to hold and even better to look at. I can't tell you how many times I've has someone look at my phone as I go to pay and ask what kind of phone is that. The finishes add a very premium feel and in the course of ownership I have dropped the device (without a case) and the phone has held up very well albeit a few nicks and scratches.
Cons:
Software could better. One area I miss from another foldable device is the customization options. You're stuck with a lot of basic Android UI elements skinned with Moto-esque overlay. Unless you opt for a third party launcher, you aren't prevvy to all the various skins and font types. Also, let's get some live wallpaper or gif support on the cover screen.

Awesome phone

I bought this when it first came out and I love this phone. I play games on it and see little battery drain and no overheating at all. The cameras are perfect and the AI features are so useful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solid phone with an interesting form factor

My reference point is the Pixel 8 Pro this phone replaced.
The screen is nice. You can't visually see the folding area of the inner screen except in certain light. You can certainly feel it, but it doesn't bother me at all. The outer screen is cool, and after a bit of adjustment, it's pretty easy to adjust what you want to see on the external display. The form factor while folded is really nice. The hinge feels solid enough.
Battery life is pretty good, not exceptional.
Sound quality isn't great. The P8 had much better sound through the speakers.
Cameras seem average. P8's cameras seemed better.
Performance/speed seems good.
Too much AI garbage on the phone, but I know that's the way all phones are going. But do I really need Moto AI AND Perplexity? Answer: no, I don't.
I'm still trying to figure out the best use case for the folding form factor - it's cool, but is it really adding much over just a normal slab phone?

Amazing purchase

I have had my phone now for about a month, I have had the razr for the last few years but this is my first ultra. I love it. I can't say enough good things about this phone. The only thing I do not like is the picture quality when taking to send through text. If you back out of texting and take the picture through the camera app it's crystal clear, if you take it through the messaging app it's so dark you can't hardly make out the picture. I mean you can, but it's terrible quality. That's a new one on me. I've always been able to take crystal clear pics through the messages app. Other than that this phone is the bomb!

Excellent Battery Life

I switched from a Samsung Flip 6. Both devices are excellent, but the battery life and charging speedd are next level on the Razr Ultra.
