The phone is what it is, a sub standard model of what a touch screen smartphone should be.

Not even a good paper weight

I have had this phone for 1 year and have had the urge to throw it many times. It's slow to respond to touch, it hangs, and when you turn the phoe, it take between 30 to 60 secounds for the icons to come up. I've taken it in and they have reset it which I have to reload my apps again, but still is slow. The best thing about this phone will be the day I can afford to replace it with another brand. I've had Instinct 30 prior and that phone was even worse. I will never own anything with the name Samsung on it again.
Cons: Poor quality

I feel burned on two phones (Me and my Wife's)

Bought two phones and was happy for about a week. Both phones will not let us answer calls. Both will not boot correctly. Most the day is spent taking out the battery and re-booting. All we see is the flashing Samsung logo. I have a very large Samsung TV,no problems with it so we felt safe buying these phones. I will never own another Samsung product again based on these phones.
Cons: Poor quality

Honestly a terrible phone

I have never had so many problems with a phone. It constantly restarts itself. The memory card unmounts itself. It freezes and closes out programs all the time. Half the time it doesn't send things and I've checked with my phone service provider to make sure there isn't anything wrong with my service and they're isn't, it's my phone itself. Charger died very quickly, I've had the phone for less than a year and have never had so many issues. I was very disappointed that it didn't work because it could be a great phone but it malfunctions so much I don't think I'd ever get another one. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either, just for all the problems I have with it.

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, constant freezing, restarts itself, memory card issues

Worst phone ever!!!!!

I have had this phone for almost 2 years and I loved it at first but as time went by it turned to hate. The phone is too slow, has too pre-loaded apps that you cannot remove and also limits the ability to get any apps you want because as it is already 75% of the memory is used coming straight out of the box. shuts down by itself a lot. sometimes it wont turn back on I would have to remove the battery for a good ten minutes before it would actually go passed the loading screen, there has been various times when it resets itself and it stays on the loading screen for hours. I missed so many phone calls because of this one day, I didn't know that it had been stuck on the loading screen for about 3 hours until I finally took a look at it. Sprint already had to do a hard reset on this phone about 5 times already. DONT BUY IT, IT'S JUST A WASTE OF MONEY.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

This phone freezes up every five minutes. It will not run even basic apps like angry birds without screwing it up, about twice a week it will not make outgoing calls and you have to take the battery out seven or eight times to fix it.

What a useless piece of junk... MY atari had more memory and capabilities. One good quality is when is frustrates you and you throw it at a wall, which happened A LOT, it still works... NOT worth even the cheap price....

I got this phone when I started my contract with Sprint because I wanted a slide out keyboard, worse phone ever. It froze constantly, it lagged when playing games, the internet connection was horrible. I was done with Samsung after that.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
