Stay away from this phone. The phone is sometimes, well most of the time useless. It turns off by itself, freezes, is very sluggish. It won't open internet sites at times. The battery is constantly dying. When people call I can't see who is calling for a while because the screen goes black. It tells me often that the phone is out of memory when I don't have anything on it. I can't use the slide out keyboard because the phone goes nuts.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this is my second intercept both phone did the same thing freeze up and couldnt answer got alot of problems with this phone wouldnt tell anybody about this phone
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, screen freeze, phone dails on its own

Sorry excuse for a "smart phone"

This phone has got to be the worst cell phone on the market. To even call it a smart phone is giving too much credit. For starters, the buttons are too small to type on, both keyboard, and touch screen, it is SUPER, SUPER, SLOW... it literally takes 5 minutes to load the facebook app. It literally takes about 2 minutes to send an out-going call, and you're lucky if you get incoming calls at all. Stock messenger program lags, and system updates can't install. EVERYTHING ALWAYS force closes, and it's just ridiculous. Will be upgrading soon thank god, i'm just trying to help out those who are considering this phone due to lack of money. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE, DO NOT BUY...

great looking phone but...

i've had many problems with it. it is constantly freezing, lagging and forcing me to close apps. when it works, it works great and it's a really nice phone to have. but when it acts up, it is extremely frustrating.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight, nice design
Cons: Did not meet expectations, laggy

This phone is horrible! It lags, it restarts it self, it freezes, it rejects texts, and it has a miniscule memory. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHONE!

Too much bloat

This product would be excellent if you could actually use it like other android phones. However, because of the limited RAM and the large amount of Sprint software that come pre-loaded this phone is terrible. You can run many of the Android Market without the phone freezing or failing. Terrible how you have to purchase a phone and are forced to deal with software that causes your product to malfunction. With no way to remove then without voiding your warranty.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, low available memory, too many pre-loaded software, freezes often

-performance cpu speed is not up to speed with what's needed for even the lesser versions of android
-ram & storage memory built in are TERRIBLE... so low that you can only have a few apps before your full or the system begins to CRAWL.
-If I wanted just basic phone operations I wouldn't have bought a "smart phone" turned out it's the worst smart phone possibly ever made.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, lacks enough real world memory to operate, this is a phone for children, faster to drive 6 miles to computer than to try, try and do anything one this thing.
