This phone is a very attractive, sleek phone. For the price, it's very nice, and I absolutely love it. It does freeze however quite a bit, and I've had to take out the battery before and put it back in around 10 times. It does get annoying, but you get used to it. Very nice phone! Plus, I have dropped this phone dozens of times (literally) and it hasn't broken!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: freezes, restarts
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs to be discontinued

The battery life terrible. It will show a full battery after charging and will remain that way for an hour after making calls and using apps. Then it will suddenly drop down to yellow. Once it's yellow, the warning that 5% battery life is left is imminent.
When the phone sits idle, it shuts itself down with 40-60% battery life left. Trying to conserve the battery by turning down screen brightness, turning off haptic feedback or wifi, or not running unnecessary apps really doesn't help extend the battery.
It's slow and unresponsive. Most apps freeze and force close, even the ones that come preinstalled. It handles calls and texts just fine. I've never had a problem with either. The physical keyboard is easy to use and has a nice layout. The specs on this phone are really outdated, so there's no point in certain carriers continuing to sell it.
Cons: Poor quality, freezes, apps force close, slow, poor battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement for the Moment
on July 9, 2012

I was sent this phone as a replacement when my moment met the end of its meaningful life. Simply put it's a downgrade to a lower class phone from the moment. Never thought that would be possible...
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
