This is by far the worst phone that I have ever purchased. It habitually drops calls. The keys lock. The backlight doesn't time out so it drains my battery. If I go into an area where there is no service, I have to restart my phone in order to be able to use it even if service is avilable. It randomly turns off and deletes numbers. I have even had to have it master reset twice. Do not buy this phone. Samsung has traditionally good products, but this is not one of them

i hate this phone, its slow and worthless.
like it has no pratical purpose whatsoever. i would not recomend this to anyone, it sends messages twice, it freezes, vibrates when its on silent, dies too quickly, turns itself off, the keyboard randomly decides when it wants to work or not, and its just overall a bad phone. the updates do nothing but take up space, and the android is slow. it could also be smaller, and have a high definition screen. oh and it the lock and unlock of the phone like switches, if its closed the lock screen will be as if it were open. my friend also returned it after having it for a week, her's did the same thing.

Has not performed well

This phone has not performed well since I got it. It is slow to perform and locks up regularly. I have had it less than 4 months and is now completely dead. I need it for work and health reasons. I am going to request another model when I take it in this morning.

Being an economical android, it does an okay job.
Pro: it does what all the basic android's can do.
Con: It performs the functions when it wants to.

This is a great phone...

I purchased this phone about a year ago, and it came with an older version of Android, but then it updated and since then it has been a great phone. It has its moments when it acts slow, and freezes up, and the battery isn't so great i have to charge it frequently. But other than that it has great built in apps, great design, the use off google technology is great.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable
Cons: battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's an OK phone when the data connection works

I bought this phone as an upgrade phone, but if I could I'd take my old phone back. This phone has apps that I don't use and that start up by themselves and run in background. If I could I would remove them since I really don't use most of the apps that came with the phone.
Battery life isn't that great. my old phone could sit in stand by for several days. This one I need to recharge it everyday and that is stand bye mode.
If I turn on bluetooth or gps, sync, wifi or anything my battery life tanks. if I only made phone calls I wouldn't of bought this phone.
No app should be running after I shut them off. Also no app should start up unless I tell it too. when in stand bye mode only the OS should be running unless I set the app to run in background.

Great features for the money

Very good phone for the money. Many features of more expensive phones, nice touch screen, easy to text on slide out keypad, or use the on screen touch pad. Only con is it jams up between apps periodically.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: hangs up moving from one function to another
