I like the phone but i dont love it it freezes and i have to continuesly turn it off and on to get my programs to work.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: freezes

Intercept Not A Good Phone

Does not perform well. Constantly having to restart phone, loads very slow, had to reset to factory settings three times since I got the phone in October. Constant software issues. My daughter has the same phone and her's did not work for two months straight. Looks good on the outside, but not a good buy. I would not recommend this phone. Samsung has good products, but this one bombed.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor performance

Good value but handicapped by its battery life

This phone does everything I need - just not very fast. And it has an insanely short battery life between charges. Therefore, I tend to leave it turned off more than I would like so it isn't dead when I really need it.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: very short battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the design, the keyboard is alright, battery life is poor, it takes longer to start up than my computer, and it is very slow.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

The phone is extremely quarky and has several issues such as responsiveness and working with various applications. This may be an issue with Android 2.1. Videos are horrible on the display!

i had the Samsung intercept for a month now and it is an ok phone, but it is very laggy and you tube videos are terrible and the worst of all the battery has to be charged 4 times a day or it will die on me in half an hour. the best thing about this phone is that it is a very cheap smartphone.
Pros: Inexpensive, qwerty keyboard
Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations, battery

This phone locks up when people call, sometimes will restart or enter airplace mode and is just a piece of junk. My husband has a different model Samsung and does not like it. My mom has the same phone I have and can't stand it. This will be my last Samsung ever. A phone that does not take calls is useless.
