The Samsung Intercept could really use an update to Android 2.2 (FroYo), due to 2.1 not being supported much anymore with Angry Birds and other Games/Apps. That's really the only big downfall with the product, the RAM can handle 2.2 as well as the processor can, so it should be a native install on the phone. Other than that, the phone works awesome, and the price is good, so really the only thing that can be asked for is something i just did. Physically it looks good, and the weight is nice since it is lighter than other phones. The Brightness and responsiveness of the screen is very good as well. Reception and call clarity is better than many phones available. Over all I rated this phone as 4 Stars, and if it had been loaded with 2.2 it would have been a 5 Star rating.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, no android 2.2 (froyo)
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone is a nice one, but it is slow and glitches constantly. I would have bought something else if i had known how annoying this phone is. Plus, the battery life is horrible.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Too big, Did not meet expectations, battery life

The phone looks good, has lots of features. But the actual performance is very poor. It is extremely slow.

Loving my Intercept! The only thing I don't like about the phone is that if I get a txt and am not around the phone...wish a back light would stay on to let me know I received a text. Other than that, I'd give the service a 5, however, Virgin Mobile's customer service is the worst I have ever encountered and sometimes I have to reboot my phone in order for my emails and such to come through....also, with a very low battery...phone calls will not come in. That's not Samsung's fault, although, they did team up with Virgin Mobile.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, keyboard, easy to figure out even for the non savy

This phone is a total nightmare. I would seriously trade this phone with any other (even regular!) phone. It freezes all the time. Need to try at least three times to call anyone. Turns off by itself and would not start ! Seriously do not get this phone even if it comes free.
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations

So far I really like this phone. Its my first smart phone and I'm just figuring it out. The phone has been easy to use. So far I really have no complaints about it.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: none so far

This phone needs to be totally redesigned. The ringer volume needs to be reset after every received call or the phone will not ring on any other incoming call, resulting in missed calls. Not really the idea of a telephone. The camera feature does not have any lighting so pictures need to be in brilliant light.
The notification bar keeps freezing, so the only way to release it is to turn the phone off, remove the battery and power it back up. Then you can see all your missed calls. Not too happy with it at all.
