ITS HORRRRIBLE....IT ALWAYS FREEZES UP, SHUTS DOWN, DOES RANDOM UPDATES WHEN IM SLEEP AND WHEN I WAKE UP I HAVE LOST CONTACTS AND APPS....I JUST BOUGHT THIS PHONE AND I ALREADY NEED A NEED A NEW PHONE TO REPLACE THE "MY BRAND NEW PHONE".
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

This phone is absolute trash. Yes it has a lot of features but they can't be used on this phone effectively. Everything is extremely slow. Nothing works at a good speed. You can't open the menu without a lag. I don't lie when i say that every single button you press on this phone responses about 2-3 seconds after you press it and the phone ends up freezing very frequently. If would not recommend this to anyone. This phone is just messed up. However, if you do want to waste money on garbage, go for it.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, sluggish, freezes, causes extreme frustration

Repeat problems with phone

I have had this phone for 5 months and it has completely shut down for the 4th time. Each time it has malfunctioned required a visit to the phone store to get it running again which has been an extreme hardship. The phone freezes up quite often and many times I will get a prompt to force close. This happens even without loading excessive apps on it -- I actually deleted a few apps that came on it when I bought it. I am truly disappointed in the quality of this product, especially considering the price I had to pay. I expected a lot more from a Samsung product. It has not been a phone that is easy to use and pending messages are not always evident. However, I could deal with any of these things if the phone just actually WORKED! The only positives are -- I love the sliding QWERTY keyboard and the voice quality during phone calls is excellent.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, good voice quality
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, continuous malfunctions requiring service

It has it's issues as does any new technology, but overall, this phone works great. I look forward to seeing this technology perfected in the future.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: random touch screen bugs

Great phone, Good Features

The phone overall is great. It is very lightweight, it has a keyboard with large keys, and the camera is pretty nice. Sometimes the phone does freeze up but will get back on track. I am not impressed with the battery on the phone either; the phone uses up more battery power when it isn't in use than other smart phones. The keyboard has some pretty weird places for some buttons but I got used to them pretty quick. I also wish that the brightness could be lowered more than the maximum brightness allows. Overall is is a nice smartphone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, battery does not last long
I would recommend this to a friend!

Eventhough this is the 1st smart phone I've had, I do like it alot. I bought my wife 1, and almost got my mother-in-law to get 1. I would certainly recommend it to anyone....

Good phone for the price

Unfortunately I was looking for a responsive phone with easy access. This is a good phone at a budget price but you really have to get used to it locking up periodically.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: slow response

I like the Samsung phone for the price it is reliable and I can use all the droid apps I want. Sometimes it runs a little slow when going from one app to another.
