I hate this phone so much I have to review it twice!

I hate this phone. Worst phone I've ever owned. Worse than the orange, rotary phone with the 12" cord that I grew up with. At least when that phone rang I could answer it. This Samsung Intercept freezes up pretty much every time someone calls. Hold and release? I am, okay? Oh, you want to text someone? Good luck! You can touch the screen all you want....just goes right back to the main screen. Please do not buy this phone.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, freezes up, cannot answer the phone
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for the Cost

Love the phone only complaint is it can be a little laggish at times but its only a cell phone not a laptop u have to remember
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight

This phone constantly locks up even after reboots. I hope an android 2.2 or later upgrade becomes available to help resolve these issues.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display

When i got this phone i was iffy about it but i eventually saw all the perks and got excited about it.But by the end of my first week it began freezing.I tried to update and clear apps cache, and got a task killer,firewall ,anti-virus and all.But phone didn't get any better, it increasingly got worse i REGRET getting it its a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT i wish i had gotten my first choice. I also wish this didn't happen because i thought so highly of Samsung products. Now i question there products quality and workmanship.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, pink body
Cons: constant freeze/wait
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its a great phone to have. It does everything you want it to do and more. The only concern would be that it freezes after a period of time. But other than that, there's nothing else to worry about.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, battery life, android market

This phone has many great features. The camera takes great pictures, the keyboard on screen and the slide out keyboard are both very easy to use. This is a great phone for social networking and messaging. It sometimes freezes and the touch buttons on the bottom dont always work. Overall this is a very nice android device.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, easy to use
Cons: freezes occasionaly

Worked great until OS update

Before the auto update to my Intercept android phone I would have stayed impressed with this phone, however the update deleted all my contacts & will not allow me to connect to my hands free link on my SUV (it would connect prior to the update). I was told by my service tech support that they have been overloaded with complaints about said update. After the update the phone wouldn't answer calls. The phone would start calling numbers in my contact list randomly without anyone being near the phone. I had to spend approximately 3 hrs on the phone with the tech to do a hard reboot just to get the phone to work! After doing the reboot I had to spend more time typing in my contacts into my Google account and reloading the apps that were deleted. Now ring tones I have purchased I can't use because the new OS update will not allow it. Before the update you could use a different ring tone for each contact. Now you only have the preloaded ring tones. That is a bad flaw! Why do an OS update that is not ready for the phone intended? I would have given this phone at least 4 or 5 stars prior to the android OS update!
