I love this phone. Everything works great with it and I don't have any problems with the phone. [Yet.] I recommend it to anyone.

I just received my new phone less than a week ago and I immediately had issues with it randomly turning itself off. Mostly when I open and close it when using the qwerty keyboard. I then have to press the power button twice to get the phone to start working again. I like the various options of the phone but I shouldn't be having issues with it already. Its not be dropped, its properly charged and there really isn't any reason for the problems. Going to take it back to the Sprint store where I got it today. Disappointed......
Pros: Bright display, touch screen, large screen
Cons: Poor quality, touch screen not responding, randomly turns itself off
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor antenna

The antenna on this phone is the worst I have ever experinced in all the years I have had a cell phone. Rarely do I see full signal strength and if I am holding the unit in my hand I barely get above 3 bars. The android operating system leaves alot to be desired. It frequently freezes and I can do nothing with the phone (answer a call, make a call, etc.) until it decides to unfreeze and work again. For awhile after I first took the unit out of the box I kept getting blue death screens with "force close" messages, but they have seemed to have settled down recently. I like the phones size and shape, but it is slower than molasses. The 4g unit is absoluteyl to big.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, size and shape
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor antenna, very slow, frequently freezes (android)

I love this phone. I do have to recharge about every 1.5-2 days due to the number of functions on the phone. The screen may freeze for a few seconds, but this happens very infrequently and can be corrected by turning the screen off then turning it back on. The touch screen is not as sensitive as the iPhone/iTouch, but it is very easy to get use to using the correct amount of pressure to operate the touch screen. Overall, there are a few hiccups, but still a great phone, lots of fun and easy to use.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: freezing
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really great phone, only one problem I've had with it so far. I can't figure out how to put music on it, although I've heard you need a program called Kies. I've been looking for this on the official site and have yet to find it. Other than this problem, it's a very nice phone, and I haven't had any errors whatsoever.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable
Cons: need to download an app to transfer music

ive had this phone for about 5 months and i love it more everyday.
the touchscreen is really responsive
the camera is pretty good
and the qwerty keyboard is excellent.
it also has alot of great features like facebook, gps,android market, visual voicemail, and talk-to-text.
over all i love this phone!
