Fun and practical. Bought it primarily for use at work but like the fact that it is a toy as well as a tool.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable

Android and the phone don't get along

This phone could someday be good, but it has a long way to go. First of all, when it rings, or someone texts you, good luck going through all the screens before you can answer it. All it ever wants to do is call Voice Mail and rack up minutes. Good luck setting up Voice Mail because the moment you try to enter your password, the Google Search App thinks you are trying to find a web page. The voice quality is also not good enough to get through a voice recognition menu. In 2 days I racked up 17 minutes in failing to set up my voice mail and conversed just 6 minutes, I'd rather borrow a regular cell from a friend than plowing though dozens of screens. And I just emailed everyone not to leave me msgs on my cell. There is no real Tech support for Android and it will not communicate with Vista or 7

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, needs some dedicated buttons for msg/call history
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i bought this phone thinking it might be nice to use the smart phone features once in awhile, but to my surprise i have myself using it constantly. i have various apps from the android marketplace installed on in and have had few issues with it.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: some apps use lots of battery
I would recommend this to a friend!

when this phone works, it's pretty cool. however, I frequently have problems with short to not-so-short lag between pressing a button and responding to that input. it's especially frustrating when trying to show off my cool new phone. "why is it still stuck on this screen?"
Several times the phone has rebooted itself while I was using it, and lately it has also started completely locking up, where the phone won't wake up at all until you remove and reinstall the battery.
not recommended.

SUPER FAST, but..

I love my new phone and how fast and responsive it is. I only had to download a couple of additional apps because it comes with all the major ones already installed.
The only negative about this phone is that the battery doesn't last very long, so I am charging it more often than I'd like. It definitely pays to buy a car charger. On the flip-side is that it seems to charge really fast. I may look soon to see if there is an extended battery available.
Pros: fast & responsive
Cons: short battery life

Should have gotten better

the site we got them from claimed outlook compatable, that is not the case. if you need a phone that sync's to the pc, this one is not for you. It can be done but not by samsung nor by the provider. This phone is so locked to gmail features by google it's not funny. If you love gmail and google and dont care about outlook you may do ok. this phone should have its own pc app to help it sync.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, not easily sync ed, some buttons need more room than others
