Had it for a few days with none of the problems mentioned above happening so far. Great service,good response,very user friendly. Overall no complaints.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, user friendly

Nice phone with some really good apps. The Sprint Navigation app is a must have. I've had this phone for 2 months and it really is a good phone. The call quality is good, the video quality is good. Seems that the phone is slugish when running multiple apps at the same time. The sliding keyboard and having the virtual keyboards are nice.Overall this is a nice phone and I would recommend it. Leave it to Samsung to improve the quality of life for me!!!!

I purchased this product recently, and I would have to say that it is a great product. The only issues I have had are performance wise when the phone freezes sometimes with an incoming call, or when trying to open/close an app.
Overall this is a great product, and I love the slide out keyboard, a must have for people who are moving a lot. Also the shortcuts for the smileys and other stuff are awesome.
You will want to restart the device daily to make sure the ram is cleared

While Not Running Android 2.2 Yet; It Is Running 2.1update-1; Which Is Fine For Now. When 2.2 Comes To This Phone(hopefully soon) Then I'll Be More Satisfied Than I Am Now, Because The Apps. Will Go To The MicroSD Card. As Of Right Now, However I'm 100% Satisfied.

it's a nice phone but can't connect it to my Windows 7 the usb driver is for XP/Vista,

Cons: usb not supported by windows 7

It's an amazing device. It can and will make calls on its own, answer calls on its own, fail to answer calls(or even register their existence), change volume settings without any effort on your part, besides other not so amusing tricks. On a regular basis, for no apparent reason, it will suddenly decide not to make any calls. "call not sent. add to call list". Why? It does get onto the Web quickly but I didn't realize I was sacrificing a phone to do it.
Pros: breaks glass with 1 throw
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, phone function unreliable, potentially embarrasing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Phone is very poorly made. I would not recommend this to anyone. We purchased a black and pink one and have had nothing but trouble out of them. We purchased them in Sept of 2010 and the pink one had to be replaced in October. Phones have many defects in them. If you are looking for a smartphone I would not recommend go with this phone. We are switching this month to HTC brand.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, poorly made
