i love the idea of the phone but always has glitches and is broken all the time

A good back-up option...

This cell phone was an emergency upgrade to my old Samsung Moment. Going from that to this blew me away as it is a smaller version in size compared the Moment. It packs greater power and battery life than the Moment as well. That being said, the phone has quickly been out-paced by newer phones hitting the market at a cheaper price. Its a great phone if you dont have options, but, if youre renewing or signing a new contract, look higher up the food chain.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: outdated

This product freezes too much and it will reboot on its own. I bought this phone twice and they both did the same thing. Not a good product to buy. I definitely do not recommend this phone.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

It Had Potential

This could have been a great phone. At the time it entered the market it had a competitive processor however the lack of internal memory and RAM really bottle-necked this phone. I am currently having issues with the screen losing one of the hues and projecting a backwards image or a split screen and sometimes all 3. I am a big fan of phones outlasting their contracts which this one, unfortunately, did not.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations

Overall the phone is adequate, a bit slow and even it's own apps crash way too much.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, slow

used the phone for a week before its signal started xing out and back on constantly and my calls and texts stopped working completely

its just its not really responsive and its S.L.O.W!!! but i like how its a android and touchscreen and also has a keyboard...but overall needs speed and improvement

It freezes up constantly to the point where I have to pull the battery to get it to restart. If you want to turn features on and off, you have to turn them on like WI-FI or GPS, restart the phone, and then it will maybe work. Using apps has only gotten worse with time. What I have is a really expensive old school cell phone with a keyboard for texting that syncs my contacts with my gmail. I am missing out on all the smartphone pieces because of the slowness and freezing up. I am changing brands of phone and carriers after this experience. PS Don't buy this phone if you want to use facebook because it is a 30% chance it will load.
