EXTREMELY SLOW

I've had this phone since October of 2010. As a new phone it worked well, after the update it worked a little better. I think that i have finally lost my patience for it. My phone takes a long time to open applications it must take me 3X longer to text or make a phone call in comparison to my old phone. I don't use the internet because it takes too long to open, my Navigation never works when i need it to. My camera takes it's sweet time to start up. When my alarm goes off every morning when i try to push snooze it freezes and keeps ringing how annoying is that. When i receive phone calls it rings and takes 20 sec for the contact ID to finally show up. Overall this phone is full of glitches and i hate it, it makes me hate my carrier and i cannot wait to get a different phone. Until then i am STUCK with the Samsung Intercept.

This is the most disappointing, frustrating piece of junk I have ever owned. Had it since August 2010, replaced it once, been "fixed" several times. There are too many problems to list here. Do not waste your time or your money on this phone.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, deletes pictures, can't send texts with pictures, can't hang up from phone calls, poor battery life, slow slow slow

I have 3 of these phones 2 of the three lock up all the time. We have to take the battery out of them 2 times a day. Sometimes my phone does not even come back on and I have to take the battery out a couple of time before it will even work. I would not buy this phone every again it is terrible.

My phone locks up constantly and makes it impossible to make a phone call. It's maddening and makes me wish for the days when I could pick up a handset and dial. That's how frustrating it is. There have been multiple times when my phone as been ringing and the system has locked up, not allowing me to answer the phone. After the reboot, it takes 5-10 minutes to get the phone working again.

Not very pleased with product

I bought 2 of these phones at the same time. My husband's rarely gives him problems, but mine has almost since day one. It acts like I am not touching the screen giving it commands. It won't let me answer the call or sometime even show me a call is coming in other than the ringing.
I love the internet features and navigation. When the phone works I really like it, but when it doesn't, I have to fight the urge to throw it out the moving vehicle.

Worst phone ever

I have never had a phone lag more and cause me so much frustration. I click on something and it doesn't recongnize it. I try to make a phone call and it will let me dial it, but not select it from the contact list or from the recent calls. Then when I dial the number it will not call it. When I can get a call out and no ring is heard it will not let me hang up. I have to turn off or pop out the battery at least 7-10 times a day. It is pathetic. I cannot wait til I upgrade!

I've had nothing but bad luck with this phone- it drops calls all the time, loses service for no reason, freezes up often, and there are times the numbers don't work (especially if I have to enter an extension after I've dialed a number) or it won't place a call at all. This phone is completely unreliable. It seems like the processor is too slow for the phone. My husband has the same phone and has the same problems.
