Love it!!! I use it almost everyday from breakfast oatmeal to Taco Tuesdays. Best Boeuf Bourgogne to Coq au Vin!!! Love this! Gave it to myself as a Birthday gift and couldn’t be happier! Easy clean up and lets me be Uber creative! Puts my old slow cooker to shame! Garage sale anyone?

My favorite feature of this cooker is being able to brown in the pot then add the remaining ingredients. No need to brown on the stove first. My second favorite is being able to set the time and cooking level then it automatically goes into warm. No more over cooking as with the last four cookers I've owned. It may be a bit pricey but well worth it if you use your cooker as often as I use mine...weekly. I bought the four and six quart sizes.

Super easy to set up. We had fresh green beans, new potatoes and smoked sausage for our family of 5 and it was the perfect size for the meal. Easy clean-up too! I look forward to trying other functions than the slow-cooker function but I would be pleased if that was all it did. Very pleased.

Love the lightweight removable pot. Easy to clean. Though I have only used the slow cooker mode do far, I like that there are multiple other functions available. I also like the feature that automatically switches to keep warm mode after cooking time has expired.

I am amazed at the many cooking options on this Cook Central. It could easily serve as a slow cooker or a stove top with all of the choices that are available. The temperature settings appear to accurate.

This is not as versatile or easy to use as anticipated; I am a pretty good home cook, but adapting my skills has been challenging. I made a recipe from the book, which turned out fine, but tried to adapt another one, and ended up with slow-boiled meat sauce - truly dreadful. Maybe my expectations were not appropriate to the equipment.
