The product is good except for the finish on the pot itself. (The old one couldn't be used any longer.) So I am concerned that the finish wasn't upgraded? What is the warranty. Scratches appear with normal use.

I bought the multi cooker several weeks ago and have used it several times for chicken dishes, beef stew, and pork chops. The meat was seasoned and tender. I've used recipes from several sources, one of which has some ingredients prepped in the microwave, but next time I'll use the saute feature on the cooker. This is surely a time-saver, but does not produce mushy cooked-for-hours meals as was my experience many years ago when slow cookers first appeared on the scene. The warming feature is probably what prevents the over cooking of the past. I bought the 4 quart size and it's perfect for two people or two meals for one person.
I've recommended this product to several friends based on my satisfaction with it.

I have had this cooker for a few months now and I love everything about it. Nothing burns or sticks to the pot! It cooks just as a slow cooker should when the recipe says it's done, it is! Controls are easy to use and user savy! I love this cooker it's not too big or too small, you can cook a meal for 4 or 5 people or just for one person like myself with some leftovers for the freezer. Thank you Cuisinart for a wonderful product!! I highly recommend this cooker to anyone who is totally over the way cheap ones cook!!

I purchased the 4 Qt 3-in-1 Cook Central Multicooker several weeks ago after much research. I needed a slow cooker that did a great job of controlling the temperature and I found it! My pasta sauce was the "test". It didn't leave black marks around the edges like a competitors product did while only on the "warm" setting. I am using it so much that I don't even bother to take it off my counter.

After getting used to it’s features, I really like this multi pot. It’s so nice to brown meat & then slow cook in the same pan. Love the range of temperature to achieve all needed cooking. The only negative is the non stick coating which scratched after SO used a metal utensil in it once. Other than that, it has remained intact. Liked the handles, shape & lightweight & stores easily in drawer. Very happy with this purchase!

I've been using the Cuisinart Multicooker since December 2017, and the performance has been excellent. My old Crock Pot wasn't working well any more, and when I researched slow cookers, this model was highly rated. It solved my Christmas dinner dilemma with its steamer function (too much asparagus for my old steamer!), and I use it nearly every week for beef stew, pot roasts, chili, you name it. The brown/saute function means I no longer have to brown meat in a separate pan before transferring to my slow cooker. The programmable controls add a lot of functionality as well. Nothing ever sticks, and the liner is super easy to clean. It's dishwasher safe, and, although the care instructions don't suggest this, after drying I wipe the liner with a light coating of oil to preserve it. I seriously love this cooker!

I have had this multicooker for about two months. I am very pleased at how easy it is to program. I especially enjoy the browning feature. I can brown the meat in the cooker and then add additional ingredients to complete a chosen recipe. The 4 quart 3-in-1 is a great value. It is also attractive. It is top rated in comparison tests from professional cooks. I also give it high marks.

I have used my pot once and the coating is already starting to lift off. I’m so disappointed because it was just what I wanted for a pot. Something I could brown meat in before slow cooking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
