I really love this product! You can sear and sauté in the roasting pan and then turn it into a stew or a slow cooking roast all in one step. You can also bring things up to a boil with the steam function and then put it on simmer for that slow cooked tenderness. It’s good for stirfry and that’s exactly why I got it… I wanted something easier than doing it all in a giant pan. It holds so much… Whoever thought of this has definitely done some cooking…

When I used the cooker for the first time I had to brown the ingredients first and it was so easy to be able to do everything in one pot! This is my favorite thing! Secondly the cooker is straight-forward and easy to use.
