I loved working with this new multicooker the first time I used it. The ability to brown/sauté is a big benefit: 350 for medium heat and 400 for medium-high works just like an electric frying pan and saves having to transfer hot seared food to the cooker for slow cooking. That feature is useful by itself, to fry or reheat foods even without slow cooking. The ability to steam is also a great feature, and the timer is very helpful. The instructions charts and sample recipes provide a variety of tips on how and how long to cook various foods.

I’ve had this slow cooker for around 7 years and it’s still working great. I love this product and will buy another or recommend to anyone. I use the sauté function to brown meat before I slow cook it and it adds so much flavor.

So far, I’m loving this 3 in 1 slow cooker from Cuisinart! I’m able to sauté my sausages and then make my pasta sauce in the slow cooker and it cooks perfectly slow on simmer all day. It’s lightweight and easy to clean, Which makes my husband happy since he’s the one that does the dishes.
