Good but needs design improvements

I purchased this Work bud in-ear headset with boom mic on Aug 31, 2023 and have been using it for about 8 months now mainly for work meetings. The pros would be the sound quality, the app to monitor and control background noise. The cons would be the design of the case and how the buds sit inside of it. I have a hard time taking them out. Perhaps having a magnet release button or design the case that allows room for your fingers to access and grip the buds easily would be helpful. Another con is the boom mic design. I had encountered many occasions where the bud which the boom mic is connected to coms loose and fell off. The buds are designed to turn one direction to lock into your ear, but the boom mic has enough weight to it that it naturally turns your bud in the opposite direction which unlocks it from your ear. Perhaps if the connection to the boom mic is located in a way where it naturally turns/twist the bud in the same direction as locking the bud would be helpful. Overall, it's a decent ear bud.

New Earbuds

Earbuds connected to my tab and a Bluetooth airplane audio extender. Speakers sound good. Mic worked with no issues. Would recommend so far.

Fit Sport Wireless Fitness

I bought Fit Sport Wireless Fitness Earbuds to replace a pair from several years ago that I wanted a backup for. Can't register them properly, though, because JLAB apparently forgot they exist

Good device but had some problems initially

Excellent device and functionality - this has been a lifesaver for me at work! But it was hard to set up initially and I wish the team may it more intuitive. That said, once you overcome the initial hurdle, it's a breeze to use and makes work and life so much better. I have to also mention that sound quality is amazing!!!
