One of the best in noise cancellation.. no other buds provide this type noise cancellation. even at wind speed of 20-30 km/hr it has great noise cancellation. Sound quality of music is also good. Battery back up also very good. Loved the product very much.. presently no comparable products in market against work buds.
Purchased to use for video conferencing on my laptop. I have now used it for four calls and nobody can hear me without turning their volume up to the highest level. Very disappointing, because the microphone was the reason I purchased the ear buds. The earbuds are comfortable and fit well. This in now two earbuds from JLab that have not met my expectations. I think I'm done with JLab.
Been using these for about a month now and they generally have worked well. Battery life is decent; just make sure you have the case with you so can periodically charge them. On a longer work day, they ran low one time on the one charge. No real complaints other than sometimes I have to restart my computer or unpair and re-pair after Teams for some reason no longer sees them. I like these better than over-the-ear ones because they are light, my ears don't get hot, and there's nothing going across the top of my head.
I've had these earbuds for a couple of weeks now, and there are things I like and dislike.
The like is the same obvious stuff with all JLab products. Prices are great. Products are high quality. Battery life is terrific. Support is pretty good. I like the extra tips and fins to get the right fit. Everything sounds really good. The versatility with the removable mic is amazing.
The things I don't like are mostly nitpicky, and don't prevent this from being a 5-star review, but they are the things that might be important to other shoppers, so here they are.
The case, while pretty cool with its magnets and stuff, doesn't make a lot of sense to me. If you turn the case to where the R and L are right-side-up, then R is on the left and L is on the right. If you turn it the other way, you have to take the earbuds out and sort of turn them upside-down to put them into the case, which is counterintuitive.
I wish I had a little more guidance on how best to position the microphone. I like that the case has a little notch for the microphone when it's not in the storage position, but I wish it was slightly easier to store the mic when not attached to the earbud. You CAN put the mic in the case, but then it's in the way of putting the earbud away, since it's meant to be put away with them attached to one another. Like I said - this is pretty nitpicky.
I wish there was wireless charging, like my Epic Air ANC.
My last issue is the name of this product. At this point, I own JBuds Work Wireless (which are heaphones, not earbuds), JBuds Air Pro, Pro Play Gaming, Epic Air ANC, and now these Work Buds. I feel like it's the same 6 or 7 words just shuffled around for the name of every product, and it's getting hard to keep them straight.
I am a big fan of Jlab products and this is another good headset. The only thing I wish was available here is an option to have the option to buy these same earbuds where they wrap around your ear for support similar to the JLab Sport. I find these somewhat uncomfortable. If these
I am very glad I bought these, but I've noticed some issues with hearing while on zoom calls. With having a concussion too, these aren't recommended for use during healing.
The app doesn't work with these, even though the manual and THIS WEBPAGE say otherwise. Not a good look, Jlab.

Sorry for the troubles and confusion. They are compatible with the "jlab app" the sound app is the older version. A troubleshooting/Q. thread has been established via email. We'll have you up and running in no time.
Work Buds are perfect for work & noisy environment

The earbuds themselves are outstanding. Great battery life, significantly improved microphone audio quality due to the boom mic and the better noise reduction than on the lower level models. However, the case is disappointing in that the cover is not secured with a hinge and magnet mechanism as on the lower level units, which leads to the case coming open if it's loose in your backpack, and that can activate the earbuds when you're not using them - causing you to miss notifications and calls on your phone, since it assumes you have the earbuds in your ears and only sends alerts there... which of course you can't hear, if they're in your backpack or briefcase. I feel like the charging case needs to be revised and a more secure snap fit setup introduced, if not the magnet lock setup that the Jlab Air charging cases have. That is the only drawback about this model. It's comfy, sounds good, and works well in a noisy environment, which is exactly what it need to do.
