Doesn't hold up to 55+ hours play time!!!

While I love this headset, which I have owned these less that 2 weeks and the battery life is about 8 hours. I am on calls all day long and the battery just doesn't hold up to the 55+ hours. Add to this, I reached out to customer service on this issue and their response was "Yes, something is definitely wrong if you're only getting 8 hours of battery life before it says battery low." without any suggested resolution....Thanks Sherlock! At least Captain Obvious works at JLAB. Waiting on follow up response, but certainly far from satisfied.

So sorry for the misinformation that was presented to you. Our apologies for that. Total playtime, case + buds is 55, (10+ hours per single earbud charge). An email thread has been established if more info can be provided.

An Appreciated Upgrade...

I've had these for a little over a week and I'm as satisfied with these new work buds, if not even moreso.
This is my second set of J-Lab earbuds (a different type) and I'm am pleasantly pleased with their sound quality, along with the interchangeable boom-mic... Now my woman wants a set of her own... So-Be-It...

bought these recently for playing games on my phone. 2-3 second delay between things happening and actual audio. will be returning them.

Dream earbuds for work and personal use!

Great ear buds, would 100% buy again! Exactly what I’m looking for, hooks up with my both laptops and cell phone and really easy to switch back and forth. If I’m watching a video on my computer and then start looking at a video on my phone the audio switches back and forth. Love that I can customize the control buttons to commands I set, one I actually use and can remember how many taps does what since I set it. Like the plugs that go in the microphone port to keep out d dust when mic is not in use/attached and that it can be switched from side to side, I usually don’t wear both at the same time so that’s a major bonus. I do wish the plug was not black, they’re small and black so blend in when trying to insert the little piece, a contrasting color would be nice and easier to find in case you drop it. Also wish there was a compartment to hold the plugs in, they’re very small and I’m afraid it’s going to be very easy to lose. And perhaps a more secure place in the case for the microphone when detached, it’s off just a little and pops out easy so again I’m afraid I’m going to lose it. I don’t want to lose the pieces, it’s what sets these earbuds apart from my regular earbuds I use just for music. Got these so I can answer calls when working from home and they work like a dream, call quality has been wonderful, no issues with clarity. I answer public service calls from my work computer and listen to music between calls while I research and I love I don’t have to switch out earbuds paired to only one device AND I don’t have to go to settings on one device to connect to the other, it just happens automatically and I don’t look like I’m “playing on my phone”. I actually love these so much I’m contemplating buying another pair for work even though I’m supplied with a very nice Bluetooth headset that works just fine but I like these better. And bonus points, they don’t mess up my hair like the work headset does!!! The band the goes over the top from my work set has my hair looking crazy without me knowing and I’m walking around the office looking like I don’t know how to brush my hair. Can’t wait to buy another pair once they work my suggestions in!🤣🤣 For realsies tho, L-O-V-E these, I didn't know my life was missing these and now I don’t want to be without them. -Sincerley, Someone Who Has An Ear Bud In 23 Hours A Day

This is my 2nd set of ear buds. My first pair was a gift from my wife. They worked so well for over 2 years I upgraded to a new pair and I am glad I did. At this price point there just isn't a better earbuds out there. Customer service is fantastic. Great product and great company.
