I love my new refrigerator! Space-wise, I can only use a side-by-side. This one makes the space available so convenient. Having the icemaker in the door gives me lots more room in my freezer. The food is very accessible. The shelf and door arrangements in the refrigerator are perfect for our family, It's also quiet. I'm glad I purchased the Whirlpool!

Terrible - Freezer stops working after only 2.5 years

We bought our refrigerator in September 2012. We are a two person household & it has already gone out. I only gave it one star because it's required. Products such as this should last longer than this timeframe - especially with a little use as and as well taken care of as this refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only thing I don't like is that the top shelf is not low

I like everything except the refrigerator's top shelf. It is too high so milk bottle do not fit.

I bought this referidgerator 14 months ago and today we woke up to find the fridge not cold. Whirlpool is the only company I know that only does 12 month warrantys. Now I know why. The compressor stopped for some reason. Thankfully all I had to do was uplug it and plug it back up, but how often will I have to do this?? What is the bigger underlying issue? Sooo, disappointed.

This new refrigerator is perfect: quiet, accurate temperatures (fridge and freezer), handsome, great dispenser features, fabulous sized ice cubes (not too big, not too small).
