This is my second Whirllpool refrigerator, it replaces one that operated for about 8 years. It appears to run quietly and maintains temps in the cooling and freezer sections very well. The only negative would be related to the unit's ice making capability. My previous unit did not have a problem creating a "party supply" of ice cubes but find the new unit not able to generate the supply needed for supporting an event with 10 or more people. While the full capability of the refrigerator may yet have to be determined, I'm very pleased with my purchase so far.

So far I'm very,very happy with this refrigerator. I read a lot fo reviews before buying this product. The reviews were mostly positive. The few complaints in the reviews were that the refrigerator was noisy, some thought the icemaker was noisy, some said the ice stuck together causing it not to dispense properly. I have experienced none of these problems. The refrigerator operates as quietly as any that I have owned, the icemaker is not noisy and operates perfectly. If I were to complain about anything, it would be that maybe one more shelf adjustment could be helpful, but its very well designed as it is. I've had very good luck with the whirlpool appliances that I have owned over the years and so far this one is keeping the tradition. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Love the water filter. absolutely no odor or taste in ice (unlike our former refrigerator). The doors have a substantial amount of storage. The black sides are far more pleasing to the eye than the former models that had gray sides. We are extremely pleased with this refrigeratot.

I love my new Whirlpool Gpld side by side refrigerator. It has extra shelving, in the freeser due to the icemaker being situated in the door. It always has a full supply of ice available.The refrigerator section also has great shelving space & extra shelves on the door. I highly recommend it.

I love this refrigerator. I have more room than ever imagined. More freezer room than I ever had. The sandwich drawer is bigger than any I've had before. The butter storage bin is larger than any I've had before. The in door ice cube storage is the best idea so far and it works great, easy to unload and reload and refills with ice quickly. It has a beautiful finish on the outside and easy to keep clean. It has long handles so it is easier to open and close. This is the best refrigerator we have ever owned.

We have had this refrigerator for six month, it has worked well up to this point, at times it make noise, however it is much better than Maytag we use to have.
