It looks great, and is spacious for all my needs. I like the side by side due the space I have which would be tight for a larger door or drawers. I am enjoying this appliance and would recommend it

Great Refrigerator for Tight Spaces

This product has lots of nice features for use in small kitchens. It has a bigger capacity than the smaller French Door refrigerators. The ice maker in the freezer door is a slimmed down version that still holds a good amount of ice but doesn't stick out in the door as far as older models. That makes reaching in the freezer much easier for loading and unloading. It also has doors with pivoting hinges. The hinges turn in and the door stays flush with the body of the appliance. This is a terrific feature when you are putting the refrigerator between kitchen cabinets or at a wall.

When openning the freezer we enjoy being able to see all that we have in the freezer clearly. The features built into the unit allow us to store items of various sizes with ease. The crisper drawers keep the vegitables fresher longer than in our old unit, which is a money saver. We love the fact that the ice maker is in the door, thus not taking up much needed room in the main freezer area.

It is a pretty fridge, until you touch it! I miss my butter compartment and the hanging thing I put my pop in. I don't like how you can't put the containers on the door where you want, or they hit and don't work. The ice is kinda messy when trying to get the crushed ice into your cup.

It's so open and brightly lit. Ample space in the drawers. Love that you can adjust the shelves on the door. Big enough to fit a pizza box. Great purchase.

An overall good buy

We replaced a very old (25yrs) GE Profile unit with this one and I really was expecting something that reflected...well...the fact that this unit is 25 years newer, but I'm a little disappointed.The good things about the refrigerator include the fingerprint-less finish (mono satina), the easy-to-access ice maker and the ample slide out storage bins.The things I'm less impressed with include the noisy compressor (at least twice as loud as my old unit), a fairly small ice maker that doesn't work much faster on "fast ice." And the interior layout. There's just something about the shelving positions that don't quite do it for me. Either, it needs another shelf, or the positions need to be adjusted because you end up with a space only about 4" high if you want two shelves for tall items (e.g., milk, tea pitchers, juice, etc.).But overall, it performs well. It's very well lit and keeps things cold.
