Whirlpool products are great, Whirlpool Golds are amazing!

When we were fridge shopping we did a lot of research and narrowed it down to a Whirlpool and another brand with similar features. Our local appliance dealer showed us the Gold models and we were blown away. He sold it to us as the difference between a Lexus and a Toyota and I agree. And after a few months with our new fridge, I would love to replace all my appliances with Whirlpool Gold models.

I always wanted a refrigerator with ice and water in the door. This model gives me filtered water and ice with a cool display on the door to read. Once more its a 3-4 cubic feet bigger on the inside than my old frig but sits in nearly the same footprint. I have even noticed my electric bill has gone down since my purchase. A pretty good deal all around.

very happy I chose this refrigerator. Ice bucket is on the door. Great amount of space inside. easy to clean and great looking. All features work great. I would recommend this product

The ice dispenser on this product should be redesigned

For the most part, we are happy with this product. The shelf configurations took some getting used to, and aren't the best layout of the available space.One thing we haven't been able to get used to is the poor design of the ice cube shoot. Because of the wide mouth of the ice cube dispenser, you can't really use it for crushed ice without having a major mess on your hands. Bits of ice shoot out all over the place. Also, quite often, an extra ice cube or two slide out after you have taken your glass off the dispensing button. The ice cube dispensing shaft should come down into a more narrow opening.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The fride does an excellent job , and stylish too, The ice in the door is fantastic and the sould level is very very low, Best fridge I ahve ever purchased.

Ice dispenser shoots out ice chips all over the place and sometimes misses the cup with ice chips going on the floor. Other than that the refrigerator is exactly what i wanted at an excellent price. Best value for the money.

Purchased this fridge a couple of months ago, and I'm pleased with our choice. My only concern so far is the noise the ice maker makes when dropping ice.
