We got 30-inch 4 Burner Downdraft Gas Cooktop Architect Series II with our new house through the builder. Issue we incounter was not with the coodtop but with the ducting for exaust. Fianally...it got fixed and we are using and cooking delicious food with this cooktop without an issue. I would recommend this appliance.

The burners turn on instantly and the flame centers easily under the pots and pans. The downdraft fan turns on separately and is very efficient. With the removable burners and a glass top, the stove is very easy to clean.

This gas stove top has done everything just the way we hoped. The heat output from the three difference size burners is well matched for each application, simmering, normal cooking and extra heat when you need to heat something up fast or when cooking a large pot filled to the top. The exhaust blower is incredible in that it vacated almost all of the smoke and fumes out the exhaust. This does a better job venting than our old over the stove vent hood did. Excellent workmanship and quality.
