When the downdraft fan is on it causes the flame on the burners to burn inconsistently. The flame burns towards the flame, making the heating inconsistent.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: when using fan the flame burns inconsistently

I would like to see two changes. 1) Instead of both medium burners on the back, would have preferred one in front 2) Low is the smallest setting but would love to be able to still adjust down past it. On the large burner, it's still too high.
This filter also has a tendency to flip to the other side as it just leans and is not attached. Would like it to attach and stay. Also, would love a cover or solid piece to purchase to cover the fan when not in use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very difficult to clean around burners and steel on burners. Not liking the clicking the igniters make when one burner is on with the cooktop. I was told its normal but I've never had this happen to any other cooktop I've ever had. I also have to move my pot off center whenever I have the downdraft in in order for it to cook evenly since the draft takes the flame in its direction. It's more annoying than it is wonderful.

This cooktop was included in my new construction home. I absolutely love it. It so easy to use, clean and it cooks very evenly. I love how easily it the grates can be removed for ease of cleanup

This cooktop works really well, with differently-sized burners that fit the size of pots used. Also, the ceramic glass surface is easier to clean than my previous Jenn-Air cooktop, which had a metal top.
