Very good, the firepower is really big. Cooked very quickly, one of the biggest advantages is that it burns out. How to burn is original, I like it.

Super handsome! More than a dozen people gathered, easy to get, boring roasting function is very good, there is no fire in the open fire, and not scorching. Cleaning is easier. Awesome!! For sausage, chicken wings, bread, seafood, corn invincible! Looking forward to the next roast lamb rack! Grilled fish!

This is a beautiful machine

This smoker was easy to assemble and very easy to proceed with the start up procedures. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the good looks of this machine. The one problem that I have is with the fact that there are no instructions on cooking different meats and other foods. I had to purchase a smoker cookbook to learn about smoking foods. Every gas grill and kitchen appliance that I have purchased has had a suggested cooking instructions with it. The service department did not seem to know what I was asking. Miss Nancy did not know why I should be asking for info beyond the assembly manual. Pete Ehrman

I have so far smoked chicken and a pork shoulder they both turned out great grill was easy to use but found I wanted more smoke so I got a smoke stick and problem solved. Had a couple of questions/problems but customer service was great I called and left message and they got back to me very quickly! Overall great product would highly recommend it
