Great grill

Still learning but is very well built . Run hight and put steaks on left to braise. Run on smoke for ten to thirty minutes to get smoke taste. Invest in meat heat sensors.

MADE IN USA!?

I've been told this is an American made product and it seems to reflect that in the past several months. It doesn't read the temperature accurately so I have to use a secondary thermometer. Otherwise seems to be ok

Easy to use great product

I am very happy with z grill great smoker slow cooking grilling ok 450 top heat . When starting a low temp cook at 225 it can jump up to300 to 350 but it will come down and stay close to target temperature.Everything I have tried to cook has come out great as long as i stay with proper internal temperature.Get a good heat probe thermometer.

This pellet grill is amazing. Had a small issue with a piece being dented but that was due to shipping. Roy in customer service reached out and took care of my problem. I would definitely recommend this pellet grill.

Great grill

I will never go back to gas or charcoal. Great for hotdogs or burgers. Smoked ribs for 6 hours and they turned out great. Brisket for 14 hours and it was outstanding. New York strip in 2 hours, best New York strip I ever cooked. Flavor is great, meat is tender. So far no issues, I wish I would have bought the bigger one with the cabinet.Several reviews had problems with temperature control. I have found that mine stays within 5 to 10 degrees of what my target is. The fluctuation does not affect cooking or results. Keeping the burn area free of ash helps.

Great smoker, comparable to others!

First couple uses so far have been great, the inside thermometer (like most smokers) can be 0° to 30° off, but nothing a plug in thermometer doesnt fix (and can be human error). The building process was easy with two people. Only 1 screw gave us a hard time. The only building related worry is that the handle to move it is attached to the auger, I wish that setup were reversed.
