This smoker is Awesome. The box the smoker was shipped in was damaged, when I received it, and a part of the smoker was bent. I was able to repair it, and assemble it complete. Over all quality, value, ease of use is AWESOME .

Assembly and operating instructions are easy to follow. All the parts and tools you need for assembly come with the package. Grill cover included. I haven't cooked on it yet, the initial startup/seasoning instructions were easy to follow and the grill worked just as described. Can't wait to smoke on it.

I’m a big fan of my Z Grills pellet smoker. Since I got it, I’ve smoked chicken, brisket, ribs, tenderloin, all easily and perfectly done. A great product! Set the temp and smoke up a storm of great tasting meats!! It’s fantastic when you get the Wi-Fi temp probe. When the meat hits the target temperature, the alarm goes off and you’re in meat heaven!! Price is great too!

my first review was very bad, when the company sent me a new control, from then on I have used it quite a lot, it hasexcellent temperature control. I enjoy using it when I cook outside. the people who helped me on the phone, a thumbs up.

I love this grill

Normally this grill would lose another star for me due to the lack luster temperature control. At temperatures of 275 and lower you never know what you will get but at 300 and above it is impressively consistent. The temperatures can swing over 50 degrees which can increase cook time and make it harder to get food done at the time needed. The reason it is a four star for me is the value in this. This grill cooks wonderful food and I can adjust the time I eat. In order to get a better grill you are looking at spending twice as much or more. So for that price I can live with the issues.
