Will not get to the lower temp setting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first time using the grill. Set the temperature to 180 and the lowest it would go was 225. I watched it for 30 minutes and would never get below 200. Very disappointed

Worth the investment

I got the Z grill about a year ago. I use it every single week. I love it. It’s amazing. It’s the only one I’ve ever owned. I’m not sure I’d ever have a different one. It’s getting colder and I was thinking about getting one of the thermal blankets.
