Great smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this smoker after having an absolutely terrible experience with a Pit Boss smoker. My only issue with this Z Grill was that out of the box it had a bent corner of the frame that one of the legs connected to. I had no issue bending it back and it has worked fine. Obviously this issue has nothing to do with Z Grill and is solely a shipping issue. Other than that this grill is amazing. I used it for the first time the other day to make baby back ribs and they were probably the best ribs I’ve ever had. This grill maintained a consistent temperature and even made it through a brief passing rain storm without issue. I had two racks of ribs on it and easily could’ve fit a third and some other things on it as well. The ribs cooked evenly with no issue. I filled the 20 lb hopper and walked away. Only had to shift the pellets over one time near the end to make sure the auger didn’t show. I’m very glad I switched to the Z Grill brand and would definitely recommend this model. Don’t cheap out like I did the first time. This one is worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grill is incredible!! Have done duck, ribs, trout and a ribroast. My only complaint, if i were one to complain, is there is no door to empty (change) pellets. Not a huge deal, but thus far that would be the only flaw. Regardless, the best grill ive ever owned!!

So far a disappointment. My grill will not maintain steady temp that is set. I will try new control panel but has been frustrating so far.

This is the first smoker I have ever owned. . I bought it for my husband who has never owned one either but loves the flavor/taste. He loves it. We compared many smoker and the Z grille had the best reviews. . We recie ed it in decent time. My husband said it wasn't to bad putting together. Only bad thing I guess j can say it that we have a missing leg cap. We did contact z grille and its back ordered but they respond quickly. I would say must have!!

When we took everything out and started to put pieces together, we noticed a huge dent in the barrel big enough that we cannot shut the door all the way. Other than that we are pretty happy with the grill
