What a nightmare.

Received the grill all banged up ... several parts including the main grill chamber had to be replaced. Finally get all the parts that were damaged and get the grill assembled. Guess what ? THE AUGER DOES NOT WORK !!

Enjoying the ease of start-up and temperature control. The probes are a huge help too. I use it every weekend and so far I’ve smoked a whole brisket, grilled chicken and ribs, and chicken wings. Look forward to grilling and smoking everything!

Very easy to use. Creates great tasting meat! Easy to use. Was a little challenging to put together and one piece was bent. Since it was a gift we made it work.
