Great smoker/ customer service but flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well when I inboxed it and started putting it together my drip pan and bottom support rack by the wheels was bent badly and there was dings and dents already on the smoker. But I told the customer service and they took care of the drip pan and bottom plate kinda wish it didn’t have dents everywhere but it’s going to be used so it will get them sooner or later I guess

I got my Z Grill a little over a week ago. Upon putting it together, I noticed the bottom plate was bent with a little kink in it and a slight paint chip. It appears this happened due to the strap damaging the box it came in. It is noticeable, but I was too exited to try it out so I put that part towards the back of the grill. I have used the grill a few times now and I love it! Overall, seems to be well built and the food tastes great!

Superb Grill!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smoked a pork shoulder and pork tenderloin and both came out great! Grill is well constructed and a simple design which I expect years of use from. Assembly took about 45 minutes by myself and couldn't have been more straightforward. Looking forward to doing some larger cooks for company over the holidays.

When I put this together the superior quality was evident. So far I have had great fun cooking in a variety of weather conditions from 80F - 40F and have had consistent temperatures. As a sign of the commitment to the grill an outside cover is included as opposed to something that is after market.
