[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Zgrill 2 weeks have done about 6 cooks .. It is the bomb.. I'm use to a reverse flow or BGE,,This is the best replacement for a gas grill in my book.. Grill On!

Customer service was great my rake was bent in shipping email them took a picture sent and had a new in 3 days. still learning how to do things but the family loves what i cook.
