Had some minor scratches from shipping. I think that better packaging might have helped. Temperature tends to vary between 10-15F.Otherwise a good pellet grill.

I’ve had this grill for about two weeks now. It was easy to assemble by myself, took less than an hour from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the performance of this grill. I’m pretty new to smoking / grilling and my food has been excellent.

First time wood pellet grill user here. I received my grill one day earlier than expected so that was a plus. It was super easy to assemble and only took me maybe 45min. I have had it for a week and have used it every day. Steaks, pork chops, shrimp, fish, corn, and ribs. Tomorrow I’m gonna try a beer can chicken. The only complaint I have it that the temp control could be more consistent. You just have to get used to it and adjust accordingly. I researched pellet grills for about 2 months before I made this purchase and I’m glad I chose Zgrills. I would recommend a shop vac to clean up the ash that is left from the wood pellets.

So easy to use is almost no fun. The results are close to professional. Highly recommended.

Had it two days. Cooked a brisket, 8 hours. 12 chicken breasts skinless boneless, 6 hours. Used about 1/2 bag of pellets so far. Temperature runs about 25 degrees over selected temp, according to it's own thermometer. Stupidly easy to use. Easy to assemble. Heavy delivery be ready to get help to move it to your assembly area. May never use my Weber again, and I'm a 25 year Weber guy. Didn't get my "free" cover tho.

Great smoker/grill

Let me start out by saying read read read the book. If you don’t have patience you will get frustrated. It takes time to regulate the heat after firing. I’ve seen reviews saying it doesn’t hold temp, that is where patience comes in. I would say it takes a good 30 mins to get it to temp and hold. I start at the smoke setting. Then what for the fire to start. When the smoke disappears close the lid and what for it to reach 275- 300. Then set desired temp for your cook and wait. It will regulate the temp on its own. I hope this helps.

Second day and I love my Z Grill. Pork chops last night and bacon this morning, best I can remember ever having! Keto diet just got a lot easier. It was pretty heavy and needed assemble but that is the only negative things I have to say. Buy a Z Grill!!!!
