[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace a 3-in-1 touch screen laptop / tablet I had from Asus for many years. I was looking for a brand that was well respected for quality and Lenovo had always been at the top of that list. I looked at other reviews and someone suggested to think about a touch screen laptop instead of the 3-in-1 to save a little money, since I rarely if ever used the tablet feature. So far I am using this for work as a consultant writing grant proposals and taking Zoom calls. The keyboard is very comfortable and responsive and I really like how the keys feel - I am a fast and kind of heavy typer. There is both resistance with a lot of give. The screen is large and overall the laptop is very lightweight. I usually get plain colors so the blue is a treat. Overall very much worth the price tag, good value for the money; I have only have this for a month or so and will update if this changes.
From the first time I used this laptop it freezes and flashes between pages within apps or programs. I have been online with the Help Center, and they have not been able to fix the problem. I would not buy this product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
