I've had the computer about 3 weeks and it performs well. I do however, have an issue with the adaptor: it will not stay securely in the port to charge the computer. it swivels as you move the laptop, as it should, but periodically, I will notice that though it remains plugged in, it slides out of the port just enough that it is no longer charging, so I have to babysit it continuously to ensure it stays plugged in. I called tech support today and it was disheartening. the rep seemed nice enough, though was a bit hard to understand.. after all was said and done, she said I could send the computer back for repair or I could get a laptop replacement. really?!!!! could we not first start with a different adaptor? it's not like I have an extra laptop lying around. the other suggestion was to just watch it for awhile to see if the problem continues. really? when I already mentioned that it's been doing it from day one. IDK I just declined the only two options given and was thanked for calling. LOL. not.. why wouldn't Lenovo partner with local vendors to check out issues instead of only suggesting to send the laptop back, especially when the laptop seems to be ok and is still under warranty? she suggested using my phone camera so that she could see, but my phone would not give permission for some reason; besides, in this instance, I don't think the camera would have been much help. the adaptor comes loose when I go to move it or get up, etc. . . so until babysitting the adaptor becomes a big nuisance, I guess I'll put up with it. or maybe look at replacing it myself to see if that makes a difference. I'd give 3.5 stars but can't and don't want to penalize Lenovo 2 full points; although, I might change my mind as my babysitting stint continues. ha
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed by the quality and workmanship of this W11-based computer. While it has speed and the power of a 13th generation Intel CPU, it loses on simple things, like a power connector that can break easily, buttons that are hidden and hard to find, flimsy construction that makes using the device as a tablet dicey at best, and requires difficult movement of your fingers to get a desired result. It's too hard to find things in the W11 architecture's Byzantine nesting of millions upon millions of bugs. It is not worth 10% of its price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this laptop as a company computer - it's fantastic! It has been very reliable and the battery lasts all day. I love that it has a full number pad, but isn't too large to carry around with me. It runs faster than I expected and I can have all my tabs up at the same time and it doesn't slow down as much as many other laptops I have used. Excellent product, especially for the price.
