I was introduced to Lenovo years ago and have been a fan and enthusiast for well over a decade. Unfortunately I ended up with a cheaper alternate brand just over a year ago when I was in an urgent situation. I hated every day with it. When I had the opportunity to go back to Lenovo, I was thrilled beyond belief to find the EXACT laptop that I wanted - touchscreen, backlight, 15.6", plenty of memory, and a GREAT price.
I use it for a light workload of home use. A little bit of video like youtube/facebook/tiktok, but mostly internet and MS Office.
Setup was super easy. It didn't take very long to download updates that all new computers must suffer through.
This laptop is sturdy but NOT heavy. The keyboard is perfect - I can easily type my 70-80 wpm again, whereas on my old one I missed keys all the time. The backlight can be turned on or off and its not too bright in dim (and no) light. The screen resolution is perfect. I had issues with brightness and colors on my old one but have zero issues with this beautiful Lenovo. All the programs work flawlessly with no delays like the old one does. The touchscreen is such a great addition and I just can't go back to a regular laptop, ever.
There are not enough words for me to say how happy I am with this laptop and Lenovo. Its definitely a lifetime relationship!

From the first time I used this laptop it freezes and flashes between pages within apps or programs. I have been online with the Help Center, and they have not been able to fix the problem. I would not buy this product again.

I haven't figured out how to remove the battery screen off the desktop but other than that it is quick and responsive. I also like the shutter door for the camera. No more tape.
