Durability!!

I have had these for over a year! Misplaced them and found out they were in a hoodie pocket and were washed in the washer! I thought they were done - a couple days later, my wife charged them and tried them out a few hours later. Working perfectly!! Truly Awesome and a great investment!!

"JBL never fails to impress! I’ve tested my JBL Charge 2+ and JBL Go 3 in water over 100 times, so I knew their speakers were built different—but earbuds? Never expected this level of savagery! Took my JBL Tune Beam out, dropped both earbuds into a glass of water, and just to go all in, opened the case and threw that in too. And guess what? The music DIDN’T STOP. No interruptions, no weak bass—just pure, powerful sound. After 2-3 minutes, I took them out, expecting at least some impact, but nah—same flawless quality, same deep bass. Plugged them in, and it was like nothing ever happened. JBL, you just turned me into a lifetime fan. Absolutely GOATED! 🔥❤️"

EN why is there no Turkish language option? Why don't these people sell headphones at the most exorbitant prices in Turkey and put a Turkish language option? I mean, don't be so anti-Turk. I want Turkish language support to come as soon as possible, please...

We're here to help with your JBL Tune Beam TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Great when you want them to be

These earbuds were great for about a week. After that they will connect to my phone on their own, and start playing audio books. The charging for these earbuds is terrible.

Thanks for your feedback. The earbuds of our JBL Tune Beam should turn off once the charging case is closed and start charging. You may click on the link below for detailed online instructions on how to properly clean the contact points of the earbuds. If the issue remains, the pogo pins may be damaged, and you may contact us for further assistance.

Senkinek nem ajánlom, fél év után használhatatlan, a tokba való visszarakás után nem csatlakozik le a telefonról, le kell kapcsolni róla. Random időnként rácsatlakozik, aztán lemeríti magát. Máskor használnám, nem kapcsolódik a telefonra és le van merülve. Nagyon csalódtam benne!

Title: Unbelievable Durability! Survived a Puddle, Being Stepped On, and Much More!
My journey with the JBL Tune Beam earbuds began in 2024, and I've been using them for a year now. They are simply the best earbuds I have ever owned. Their reliability, build quality, and performance continue to impress me even now.
They have been through a lot of trials. The first major incident happened just six months after I bought them. I was listening to music on public transport, specifically on a bus. When I got off, the right earbud fell out of my ear and landed in a puddle. I didn't immediately notice it was missing, as I was in a hurry to get to work with my girlfriend. When I realized I had lost it, I felt so sorry about it that I turned back and spent a full 30 minutes searching for it. I was even trying to connect to it via my smartphone to see if it was nearby. I found it in that same puddle at the bus stop! It was still working, even though it was submerged in about 8-10 cm of water during heavy rain. As it turned out, passengers from the same bus had also stepped on it.
After retrieving it, I wiped it down, went to work, dried it with a towel, and placed it in the charging case. More than five months have passed since that incident, and it still works like new. The sound quality and microphone performance haven't changed a bit.
By the way, since then, they have fallen many more times, joined me in the bath (and yes, fallen to the bottom of the tub multiple times), and been through many other mishaps. But they still keep working like they're brand new, serving me faithfully. I am utterly amazed by this level of quality! After this experience, I will never buy audio gear from any other company – I will only buy earbuds from JBL.

So poor sound quality

Too much poor sound quality
I was bought a JBL earbuds and I was checked every review before I bought that, every reviews said that this is one of the best earbuds of JBL. And I had a good impression about JBL because I have a JBL speaker. But but but........ What the wrong with me this JBL earbuds sounds quality is too much poor. I never heard like that bad sound quality of any earbuds... I go the Eros shop Thay said u can listen sounds. I u can't listen the sounds maybe we could do something but for that case we can't do anything.... Now I want to know what the wrong with my JBL earbuds wave 200?
