[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive used these headphone on two occasions. First occasion is definitely at the gym. Its really important to me to have good sturdy earbuds when I work out because I hate constantly having to adjust them or one ends up falling out. These definitely fit snug in my ear and stayed in while I was running and jumping. I love that theres a touch feature so i can pause my music or answer a call without having to pick up the phone while Im working out. I also love that theres an ambient aware feature so if Im walking in the street I can still be aware of my surroundings. Ive used these during my teams meeting for work and I can hear everyone clearly. The sound is very "crisp". When listening to music there is a deep bass which I absolutely love. They don't take long to charge and one charge lasts me a few days depending on usage. The light indicators on the case would notify me if they need to be charged soon.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love this wireless Bluetooth ear buds i was looking for ear pods that work with my phone and laptop when i seen this i KNEW i had to um on it i don't like air pods because they are for only i phones i LOVE THESE EARPODS 100% BUY THEM FOR ANYBODY THAT DOESNT HAVE A I PHONE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of the case is nice and modern, and the light indicators for battery and pairing mode are very clear and easy to understand.
Overall, I felt the noise cancellation in these was not powerful enough. I still got a good amount of background noise, making me feel like the noise cancellation feature wasn't even on. The bluetooth pairing was also not as smooth as expected. Both my phone and my laptop had a hard time finding and pairing to the buds.
On a positive note, the app is awesome and I loved the equalizer feature. Being able to adjust the sound based on what I enjoy listening to the most is great! I also appreciated that the earbuds come with different tip sizes as my ears are quite small and the standard size is always a tad big for me. The smaller ones work great and were comfortable.

Connectivity is key

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As much as I wanted to like these buds, it was impossible to do a proper review because of the consistent connectivity issues I had with them. They're comfortable, but a bit heavy for long listens. The sound is great, but more bass than I would have liked. But overall the biggest issue is the fact that I cannot get them to connect or stay connected. After multiple resets I still can't get them to play anything without putting them back in the case and taking them out again repeatedly.
Also, not a fan of how these sit in the case. The backwards alignment makes it difficult to put them away or take them out.
Wish these were better, maybe I got a bad pair?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After confirming, kindly do a manual pairing of the earbuds by tapping the left and right buds at the same time. The absolute worst Bluetooth headphones

The absolute worst bluetooth headphones I have ever had. After not even a year after purchase, the right headphone stopped working, despite the care and cleaning I gave it, also suggested by JBL support. They sent me back (still under warranty, one year) another new pair of headphones, where the situation repeated itself in both earphones this time after about 8 months. Truly terrible don't buy them. Sorry but you are good at making speakers but definitely not these products here. An incredible disappointment

Home durability test

I've got a wave beam type from this product. My daughter accidentally tested its durability. A 1,5 hour long washing program on 40°C and a 2 hours long drying program with 80°C, and the device is OK. :) It took a while to cool down and needed a full charge, but it has been working perfectly ever since.

A total let down

A product that does not do what the box says it will do, i.e. 'Zero noise'. The design is extremely nice and the product is easy to use. However, the noise cancelling function barely muffles sounds around you, it does not block them out. It is ok if you need earphones to reduce annoying sounds while you still remain aware of your surroundings (e.g. if you need to better focus in the office while still needing to hear people speaking to you), but forget using this product to block noise out completely. Thinking of overriding background music at the gym to listen to your own playlist? Or perhaps being able to study or focus on a book in a cafe', while the neighbours are drilling or there's construction works nearby? Nope. You will still hear every single sound, albeit muffled, which means your own music/programme will just blend with background noises and become impossible to listen to. Considering how expensive these earphones are and considering the 'Zero noise' slogan on the packaging, I feel I wasted my money.

Disappointed

I bought this item 3 weeks ago with great expectations. It was working good at first.The active noise cancelation is good but still you can hear what is happening around. With jbl app you can do some equalizer setup,that i found a great feature. But bass and sound is not much great but clarity is good. But the worst part is that , I nearly paid 100 dollars for this item, I could've choose some cheap earbuds like boat but i choose jbl and paid this much money because i wanted a durable and reliable item.But unfortunately after 3 weeks one of my earbud's magnet is gone!Now when i try to put it in the case its not fixing properly. When i close the case its not automatically disconnecting from my mobile like before. Am facing charging issues connection problem and i look for too much solutions, i send so many mail to jbl now am fedup. Never going to buy any jbl products again. 😕
