Excellent ear bud at a very attractive price point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This a great new addition to the JBL lineup of ear buds. The noise isolating design works very well at eliminating background noise. I am using the medium sized eartips, they fit snug and comfortable. The battery life, 12 hours per full charge, is exceptional. I have not tested that completely, however they do last me a full 8 hour work day with no problem. I have used these for music mostly, but they also work great for team meetings with remote workers. Sound is crips and clear with plenty of bass. The only downfall is they do seem a little hard to get out of the charging case, you need to grab them just right.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A+ Sound Quality, iPhone App, and Battery Life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used these earbuds in two settings.
One, I work from home and use earbuds for most of my meetings.
Two, on a bus from Portland, Maine to New York City.
In both environments that performed perfectly via connection to iPhone 13.
The initial connection took only seconds to complete. The 'quick start guide' is perfectly clear, and encourages the download of a JBL app. WORTH IT!!! A lot of functional benefits by using the app, including audio equalizer. See screen shots below.
The sound quality is excellent. The active noise cancellation (ANC) is exceedingly effective, and with a quick tap of my left earbud I can shift to 'talk through' or 'ambient aware' or back to ANC.
All the product features one would expect and hope from a quality pair of earbuds, but two things really set these apart ... the APP and also the battery life. These things go on and on and on for hours on a single charge.
Only down side - the tap function on the earbud is very sensitive. When I shift the earbuds in my ear, I inevitably trigger a change between ANC, ambient aware or talk through. Not a big problem at all ... just a minor annoyance.
You get a LOT for the pricer with the JBL TUNE BEAM ... great sound, three different sounds settings, a very useful app and TONS of life on a single charge. And they look and feel great ... very premium and very comfortable.
Speaking of comfort ... the box includes three different sizes for various sized ear canals.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loving these ear buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tune Beam are an excellent pair of ear buds! They're small but fits comfortably in the ear! I hardly realize that I have them on sometimes. The sound is great! The noise canceling features works better than I thought it would. Especially when I'm trying to stay focused on homework! The touch controls took a little bit get use to, but I got the hang of it. The JBL app helps customize the sounds to your liking! Would've gotten a 5 star rating, but they are a little pricey.

These things were great for the price at first. Multiple issues with inaccurate battery percentage readings. Never dropped hard. Handled with care. Maybe it’s the charging prongs. Overall experience just has been extremely inconsistent. Especially when used in the gym.

Senkinek nem ajánlom, fél év után használhatatlan, a tokba való visszarakás után nem csatlakozik le a telefonról, le kell kapcsolni róla. Random időnként rácsatlakozik, aztán lemeríti magát. Máskor használnám, nem kapcsolódik a telefonra és le van merülve. Nagyon csalódtam benne!

Amazing comfort and solid quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a solid pair of headphones that are both extremely small and have a very sturdy feel. The sound quality does leave a bit to be desired but they definatly arent bad and are probably closer to the middle of the range. They are amazingly comfortable though and come with a wide variety of ear tips so day to day use is actually pretty good. Overall, solid pair of earbuds.

Active noise canceling improved, could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Similar to other JBL family headphones that EQ preset adjustment needs to use app. The earphone case is able to lay flat and stay put with the wedged shape. The included tip is comfortable for my ear canal with two additional sizes. The active noise canceling is as effective as Apple AirPod Pro 2 but the pass through mode appeared to amplify the wind baffles whereas Apple’s implementation managed to avoid such burst of sounds in windy conditions.
