These things were great for the price at first. Multiple issues with inaccurate battery percentage readings. Never dropped hard. Handled with care. Maybe it’s the charging prongs. Overall experience just has been extremely inconsistent. Especially when used in the gym.

Great qualty but didnt fit my ear for movement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality sound as usual with JBL. The fit was a liitle off. I tried and tired to get them to fit like others but i think the little sticks that stick down kept hitting my ear and making them turn a little and fall out. Sitting at my desk they were fine but when i did work away from my desk presented a peoblem. Leaning over or turning my head caused the above problem.

Loving these ear buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tune Beam are an excellent pair of ear buds! They're small but fits comfortably in the ear! I hardly realize that I have them on sometimes. The sound is great! The noise canceling features works better than I thought it would. Especially when I'm trying to stay focused on homework! The touch controls took a little bit get use to, but I got the hang of it. The JBL app helps customize the sounds to your liking! Would've gotten a 5 star rating, but they are a little pricey.

Best noise cancelling buds to date

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to get to know these headphones before reviewing them. I was immediately impressed by its compact size. Fits much more efficiently into pocket than other more sport forward buds and I liked that. Never felt too cumbersome to bring the case along with me in my pocket. While the sound quality is excellent, I’ve found that 80% of the time these buds are in my ears, I’m not even listening to music at all. That’s because the noise canceling feature is so good I’ve found myself just preferring silence. They fit so naturally in my ears that many times I’ll forget that they’re in my ears. Get The ambient aware mode is not my favorite as it sometimes feels too loud. Sound band is fine. I’d say bass response is average while mids and treble tones are nicely balanced. The noise canceling feature makes it a far more immersive experience. This is a great pair for commutes, travel and just everyday use.

Connectivity is key

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As much as I wanted to like these buds, it was impossible to do a proper review because of the consistent connectivity issues I had with them. They're comfortable, but a bit heavy for long listens. The sound is great, but more bass than I would have liked. But overall the biggest issue is the fact that I cannot get them to connect or stay connected. After multiple resets I still can't get them to play anything without putting them back in the case and taking them out again repeatedly.
Also, not a fan of how these sit in the case. The backwards alignment makes it difficult to put them away or take them out.
Wish these were better, maybe I got a bad pair?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bass with punch and perfect sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tune Beam JBL headphones truly are a "perfect fit" as advertised. They are comfortable and stay in place. The bass has plenty of punch and the sound is crystal clear. The balance is perfect. The Tune Beams stay charged. I have never let my battery drain, but I wore them for a full day and never ran out of juice. Also, they are water resistant which is helpful when I'm at the gym! When I'm on the phone the calls are very clear and I am not distracted by other noises. The noise cancelling feature works extremely well. Love these headphones!!

Amazing headphones!

I always struggle to find headphones that fit my ears and don’t hurt within two hours. I can use them for phone calls and for music when I’m at work and still hear if someone comes in my office.
