Bass with punch and perfect sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tune Beam JBL headphones truly are a "perfect fit" as advertised. They are comfortable and stay in place. The bass has plenty of punch and the sound is crystal clear. The balance is perfect. The Tune Beams stay charged. I have never let my battery drain, but I wore them for a full day and never ran out of juice. Also, they are water resistant which is helpful when I'm at the gym! When I'm on the phone the calls are very clear and I am not distracted by other noises. The noise cancelling feature works extremely well. Love these headphones!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Home durability test

I've got a wave beam type from this product. My daughter accidentally tested its durability. A 1,5 hour long washing program on 40°C and a 2 hours long drying program with 80°C, and the device is OK. :) It took a while to cool down and needed a full charge, but it has been working perfectly ever since.

A product that does not do what the box says it will do, i.e. 'Zero noise'. The design is extremely nice and the product is easy to use. However, the noise cancelling function barely muffles sounds around you, it does not block them out. It is ok if you need earphones to reduce annoying sounds while you still remain aware of your surroundings (e.g. if you need to better focus in the office while still needing to hear people speaking to you), but forget using this product to block noise out completely. Thinking of overriding background music at the gym to listen to your own playlist? Or perhaps being able to study or focus on a book in a cafe', while the neighbours are drilling or there's construction works nearby? Nope. You will still hear every single sound, albeit muffled, which means your own music/programme will just blend with background noises and become impossible to listen to. Considering how expensive these earphones are and considering the 'Zero noise' slogan on the packaging, I feel I wasted my money.

I bought this item 3 weeks ago with great expectations. It was working good at first.The active noise cancelation is good but still you can hear what is happening around. With jbl app you can do some equalizer setup,that i found a great feature. But bass and sound is not much great but clarity is good. But the worst part is that , I nearly paid 100 dollars for this item, I could've choose some cheap earbuds like boat but i choose jbl and paid this much money because i wanted a durable and reliable item.But unfortunately after 3 weeks one of my earbud's magnet is gone!Now when i try to put it in the case its not fixing properly. When i close the case its not automatically disconnecting from my mobile like before. Am facing charging issues connection problem and i look for too much solutions, i send so many mail to jbl now am fedup. Never going to buy any jbl products again. 😕

Great sounding confortable earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly liked is that i actually felt confortable by wearing this for long hours i did not felt tired or uncomfortable in my ear at all. Also i like how simple the design it can but without losing any great looks of it, i love the water and dust resistan since I’m using this to run, Noise cancelling really good and it is great that it is still having the ambient aware feature nice touch, and one of the thinks i love is the fast charge feature that i have not seen on any previous models great add there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great earbuds for speech and long sessions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Tune Beam seems to be a great 'headset earbud', it has super clear, crisp audio, nice touch controls, good app and computer support, and pairs and connects to multiple devices with no issues. What it seems to be lacking, at least for my earholes, is full sound and a bottom end. Bass is almost completely lacking with my fit. If I push them in and hold them with my hands, it's better, but still not as good as my Reflect Aeros or my True Wireless Flash earbuds. When not being smashed in by my hands, I'd rate their sound (for music), at 6. Aeros=8, TrueWirelessFlash=9. For conference calls or audiobooks, I'll give them 10, because, again they are crystal clear.
The ANC (active noise cancelling) works, and is enough for headset use, and, again, lacking for music. Mostly because I think with my fit, the full range of sound isn't present and thus also can't be cancelled.
As far as fit, which is where I think most of the problems (and one of the positives) stem from: I think these earbuds are designed for people with smaller earholes. I included a picture of them side by side with my Aeros, and the earbud body that lodges up against your ear canal is much smaller. I used the largest gels, but it didn't make a difference. That might make these perfect for a younger and/or smaller person. Aside from the sound range loss, they feel as though they could fall out with any sort of activity. The positive side, and it really is nice, is that I could, and did, wear them for all day conference calls. No ear ache after!
I love the look and feel of the buds and the case. The earbuds slide into the charger firmly and easily. I like the lighting and I enjoy the touch controls. Two small ergonomic gripes would be that the case can't really stand up and the buds can be a little hard to grasp to pull out of the case.
Overall I'd say this: if you generally like bigger earbuds (you always use the large gels like me), you may want to skip these.. UNLESS you want to use them as a headset.. I certainly will. If you are a bit smaller, and find most earbuds too big, these may be for you!

Great Day-to-Day, Affordable Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Tune Beam earbuds provide quality sound at an affordable price. These are a perfect option to wear while working at a desk, walking or exercising, and particularly commuting.
Logistically, these earbuds are packed with features, including: 12 hour battery life (another 36 with the case), USB-C charging, simple pairing, and active noise cancelling. The suggested battery life seems to hold up in testing - these made it through multiple rounds of golf without needing to go back to the case to charge. Pairing was extremely easy and the use of USB-C makes charging much more simple and fast between multiple devices. The noise cancelling technology was an added bonus at this price point, as only some comparable products had this feature.
Highly suggest these for commuting due to the ANC, but also very effective when used in a busy office setting while needing to focus on tasks at hand.
Overall, these are a terrific product and packed with features. Sound quality with JBL is always at the highest level and these earbuds are no different.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It can connect with two devices at once!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best features of Tune Beam is the ability to connect with multiple devices, I have a personal phone & a work phone, now I only need to carry one earbuds for both of them. It switches between them perfectly. Along with that, I am impressed with the bass I get from these earbuds. They sit very comfortably in my ears for long time for music & calls, I had to use the big ear-tips.
I would recommend this to a friend!
